Refunds: Cancellable up to 3 Days Before Check-in (Platform Service Fee Non-refundable). You can cancel the order until 11:59 pm (store local time) 3 days before check-in and get the deal price back; the AOW platform service fee is not refunded. After that, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If the store rejects the order, does not confirm it in time or cancels it after confirming, you get a full refund, including the AOW platform service fee.
